Keystone Golden Retriever Rescue Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue and care of unwanted Golden Retrievers. Our goal is to place these dogs in safe, loving, permanent homes. Additionally, we work to defend dogs against the inhumane, cruel treatment they suffer in Pennsylvania puppy-mills and for improved protection for all dogs.

While Keystone Golden Retriever Rescue Inc. will try to help you resolve your complaint, we are not attorneys, we are not a legal firm, or part of law enforcement. We do not give legal advice. We will provide you with the contact information for the state and federal agencies that may help you.

This Complaint form can be emailed, faxed or mailed. If faxing, please contact us first to set up a time to fax the information. If mailing, please attach copies of all documentation including breeder papers, bill of sale, medical records, health certificate, kennel registry papers and any other documentation pertaining to the purchase of this dog/puppy.
